We list your property on Airbnb, VRBO, and our website. Additional ads can be ran on Google and Facebook for a fee.

We will list your place on a few or all of the following sites depending on the property type: apartments.com, loopnet, Zillow rentals, Facebook marketplace, and our website.

We hold security deposits in a trust account as required by law. At the time of move out we will assess the property for any damages and distribute any remaining security deposit funds back to the tenant.

Any potential tenant must fill out our application. We run a background check, credit check, verify income requirements are met, verify employment, and check rental history. Ascend Management is an equal housing opportunity Provider.
